Chef/Owner Fabio Trabocchi is privileged to present an extraordinary evening at Fiola, bringing together an esteemed group of chefs whose restaurants have collectively earned 10 Michelin stars.
For one exceptional night in Washington, D.C., Fiola Executive Chef Antonio Mermolia will welcome Chef Ryan Ratino of Bresca/Jont, Chef Rob Rubba of Oyster Oyster, Chef Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney, Chef Carlos Delgado of CAUSA, and Chef Michael Rafidi of Albi
for a rare and distinguished collaboration.
Each chef will compose a course that embodies their singular vision and technical mastery, seamlessly woven into an elegant tasting progression, celebrating the season's most exquisite ingredients through a lens of contemporary global refinement.
Every course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully curated pairing from Fiola’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning Wine List, selected to enhance and illuminate the narrative of the evening.
